Refund policy

We accept returns on full-priced items purchased from sueurswim.com for a refund or exchange that are in resellable condition, within 14 days after delivery receipt. This means that items are unworn, undamaged, odour-free and stain-free with original tags attached and hygiene labels intact. Sale periods using a discount code greater than 15% are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, but can be exchanged for store credit or an item of equal value. (This does not apply to our welcome 10% off, it is only for sale periods using a discount code greater than 15%) Return shipping is at customer's expense. We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
