Q: “When will I receive my order?”
All orders are currently processed within 3-5 business days from order receipt unless otherwise specified on pre-order. Please refer to the below shipping guidelines outlined by our shipping courier.

INTERNATIONAL: We currently offer local shipping within Australia, Europe and UK with local returns available.

Duty, customs tariffs and local sales taxes are set by the destination country. Payment of any applicable duties and taxes is required before your order will be released from customs and recipients are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Sueur Swim currently ships to AUstralia, Euorpe & UK locally with local returns available. We also offer shipping worldwide. International shipping costs are charged per your countries destination and will be shown on the order confirmation page, prior to placing your order.
Q: “Do you offer free shipping?”
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for all orders within Australia, UK and Mainland Europe over $150AUD. For the below countries we offer free shipping over $350aud
Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Iceland, Rural Italy, Malta, Norway & Rural Spain.
As we grow we hope to offer complimentary international shipping but currently for international orders the cost will be shown prior to checkout, we encourage you to refer back here for future updates.
Q: “What is your return policy?”
We accept returns on full-priced items purchased from sueurswim.com for a refund or exchange that are in resellable condition, within 14 days after delivery receipt. This means that items are unworn, undamaged, odour-free and stain-free with original tags attached and hygiene labels intact.
The Coquillage Chain Top is only available for refund if faulty on arrival. Sale items, (items exceeding 20% off discounts) are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund but can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at customer's expense.
We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Q: “What if my item is faulty?”
Due to the delicate nature of some of our pieces you will notice a sticker sealing our Coquillage Chain Top, this explains you must take a video when opening your product to ensure care has been taken to be eligible for refund.
We take extreme care when packaging our products but sometimes a faulty item may slip through, if this happens, please reach out to our friendly customer service team and we will rapidly organise an exchange for you.
Q: “How soon will my refund be processed?”
The returns process can take between 2-10 business days from parcel receipt. Once your items are inspected by the returns team, you'll receive your refund notification via email within 5-7 business days from warehouse processing. On average the total wait time can be up to but not exceeding 14 business days. Please note, every bank varies and refunds could take between 5-10 business days from the date the refund was processed.
Q: “What items are non-exchangeable?”
Our Coquillage Chain Top is not available for refund or exchange unless arrived faulty. Items marked as final sale, including items that have been discounted for fault.
Items that have been worn, washed or are soiled/stained.
